From December 5, 2023 to January 31, 2024, all exhibition halls in the SBH gallery – Shipka 6 present an impressive panorama of contemporary world and Bulgarian graphic art. The occasion is the 9th International Triennial of Graphics – Sofia and its rich accompanying program, including four more exhibitions, lectures, demonstrations.
The Triennial has nearly 30 years of history. It was created on the initiative of the "Graphics and Illustration" section at the SBH and is the most representative international event of the Union of Bulgarian Artists. For its nine editions, the Triennial established itself as an up-to-date graphic platform and ranks among the significant international forums in the field of visual arts in our country.
The Ninth Triennial not only presents the processes and trends in the world of graphics, featuring hundreds of works nearby
200 authors from 26 countries, positions contemporary Bulgarian visual culture in an international context, places Sofia among the influential graphic centers, but above all contributes to the confirmation of new names and current directions in classical and experimental graphic forms.

The Ninth International Triennial of Graphics is organized by the Union of Bulgarian Artists and is part of the Calendar of Cultural Events of the Sofia Municipality for 2023.
The largest international initiative of the SBH is implemented with the support of: Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria, National Fund "Culture", Sofia Municipality, State Cultural Institute under the Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Academy of Arts and "Directa" – exclusive representative of Fabriano .
