The festival is organized for St. Sofia’s Day – the feast of capital city’s patron saint, in support of the National Charity Campaign “Let us be Better“ for the construction of a Centre for Treatment and Rehabilitation of People – Victims of Accidents and People in Waking Coma in Pancherovo.

The slogan of the Festival is SOFIA – THE RHYTHM OF EUROPE in line with the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU 2018. Singers from 10 countries will participate in the International Performers’ Competition.

This event is part of the Calendar of Cultural Events of the Sofia Municipality and the Cultural Programme of the Ministry of Culture for 2017.

It is organized by Sprint Production with the assistance by the Ministry of Culture, Sofia Municipality, the Bulgarian National Television, Artvoices and with the support of Musicautor, Profon and partner organizations.
