Church It was built accoring to the design of the architect Anton Tornyov. The consecration took place on 11th November 1918. The church is a three nave basilica with three consecrated thrones: the southern one is in honour of St. Ivan Rilski Chudotovrets, the northen one in honour of St. Vasiliy Veliki.

Some of the holy remains of the All-Bulgarian guardian St. Ivan Rilski are preserved in the church.
