Nayden Todorov is a celebrated conductor and the driving force behind the Sofia International Conducting Competition . With a distinguished international career, he has led orchestras across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, bringing to life both classical masterpieces and contemporary works. Through SICC, Todorov champions emerging conductors, offering them a platform for professional growth and global recognition.

The International Conducting Competition – Sofia takes place within the framework of the project proposal “Capital of Culture – The Pulse of Sofia”, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, producer BG-RRP-11.021 “A New Generation of Local Cultural Policies for Large Municipalities”
