The citizens of Sofia are increasingly using the options for online payment of local taxes and fees, as well as the electronic services of Sofia Municipality.

More than 37% more local taxes and fees were paid online or through financial intermediaries from January 1 to mid-March this year, compared to the same period last year. Use of the electronic services provided by the Municipal Revenue Directorate of Sofia Municipality increased by about 35%.

In a state of emergency, it is the best for citizens to use every option for contactless service provided by the municipal administration.

To use this online service you need to have issued one of the following codes:

·PIN - code issued by the Municipal Revenue Departments of Sofia Municipality

· PIC - a code issued by the NRA

· valid electronic signature (for individuals only).
