“Our capital stands alongside the world's largest cities that have the privilege to show the works of one of the most remarkable women – photographers, Vivian Maier”, said Mayor Fandakova at the opening of the exhibition. She is one of the most emblematic authors of street photography.

Over the past seven years, the "Masters of Photography" project of the Musiz Foundation has acquainted the Bulgarian audience with remarkable examples of the world's photographic art. The Bulgarian audience and the fellows of photography will not only be able to meet the creativity of world names in photography, but also to hear lectures and see films about leading figures in the field of photography, said also Fandakova.

The mayor thanked the diChroma photography, which are the rightholders of the photographs for Europe, that they allowed the Sofia audience to see the works of Vivian Maier.

The exhibition is organized with the cooperation and support of the US Embassy in Bulgaria, VIVACOM and Samsung.

The exhibition can be seen at the Sofia City Art Gallery until June 2.
