The team of the Sofia City and Sofia Region Information Centre (Sofia Information Centre), together with "Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria" EAD will hold an informative meeting aimed at entrepreneurs from Sofia City and Sofia Region on 19 September 2018 (Wednesday), at 14:00 h in Sofia, 58 Knyaginya Maria Louisa Blvd. (Royal Hall). The theme of the event is "Current Funding Opportunities For Start-Up Businesses", focusing on different types of financial instruments in the form of equity investments in new businesses, as well as start-up grants under Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness". Business representatives on the territory of the city of Sofia and Sofia Region and individuals intending to start up a business are invited to participate.

Within the framework of the meeting, an expert from Fund Manager of Financial Instruments in Bulgaria EAD will provide information on the new financial instruments under Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness", which entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of their business development, as well as companies that have already made some progress in their development, can benefit from.

The "Encouraging Entrepreneurship" Procedure will be presented during the information spreading meeting and the manager of the Sofia Information Centre will explain the conditions that the entrepreneurs have to meet in order to apply for a grant under it.

Participation in the event is completely free, but due to the limited number of places, a preliminary registration is required at oic.sofia@gmail.com. Registration will be active until the seats in the hall are filled.
